spiritual mom

in 2009 God surprised me     

He brought someone new in my life     

i had been praying for her before i knew who she was     

i used to ask God to bring a wise woman into my life    

i wanted to learn His ways    

from someone who had walked before me    

to instruct me    

to guide me    

to love me    

and one day at work   

we met    

this remarkable woman of God   

came into my life    

 embraced me    

and walks alongside of me    

gently nudging    

never afraid to mince words    

{oh no she isn't!}

but 

always 

always 

loving

my spiritual mama   

you bless me so

{i call her that, it means "mama" in hebrew}
